Victor, hospitality at heart
Victor grew up between France and the United States, spending his formative years at tables that mattered, restaurants where every plate told a story, where the chef's name was spoken with the same reverence as a painter or a couturier.
Settling in New York City, he became a regular at the city's finest starred restaurants. Each dinner was an experience he wanted to hold onto, the weight of a particular knife, the geometry of a handmade ceramic, the fragrance of a sauce he could never quite replicate at home.
He realized he was not alone. Every great restaurant has guests who ask "where can I buy this?", and too often, the answer is nowhere. The souvenir of a remarkable meal existed only in memory.
Victor founded Table 00, a platform that gives top restaurants a shoppable boutique, and gives their guests a way to bring a piece of that experience home. From their kitchen to yours.
